Numbers 4 and 5 on this list say it in a nutshell: move more and connect more.We see new friendships budding and thriving here at Passion Barre all because people showed up to improve the way they move! And of course, it’s only natural – it’s a safe place where you’re celebrated- key elements to creating an environment for connection.
You were designed for social connection and meaningful relationships regardless of your personality type. This doesn’t make you needy, it makes you thrive!
So, I encourage you to challenge your comfort zone and invest in your longevity and growth. Get to “moving”; make new friends and be purposeful in developing the relationships important to you – and perhaps shed the ones that hinder your mutual progress.

The 2016 Human Trafficking Awareness Barre-a-thon is racing near and here is how you can unleash your freedom and get involved!
Freedom 24/7 Challenge
1. Pick up 24 cards at the studio to share with your community; and engage by talking to 7 people about the Barre-a-thon.
2. Challenge Yourself! Commit to showing up 24 times in the next 7 weeks (some of you are already on it!) as a way of celebrating your health and freedom, because you can! This will also stimulate awareness and increase funds that will go toward ending trafficking.
Reply this email, call or show up to put your name on the 24/7 list! This is the last week to get signed up!
P.S. If it’s been too long or you haven’t had a chance to try our Passion Barre classes yet, we’d love to host you. Freedom and the sweet after burn has been spreading like a wildfire since we introduced Rancho Cucamonga to the barre! Your first trial class is only $15, or you have the option to try 3 Classes for $30 – and we’ll be donating a portion of that to our partners who rescue women and children from human trafficking, so click here to reserve.
In Southern California, we serve Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, Fontana, Ontario, Claremont, Montclair, Corona, Eastvale, Mira Loma, Riverside, Pomona and other surrounding cities. See you at the Barre.
