And of course, it’s only natural – it’s a safe place where you’re celebrated- key elements to creating an environment for connection.
You were designed for social connection and meaningful relationships regardless of your personality type. This doesn’t make you needy, it makes you thrive!
So, I encourage you to challenge your comfort zone and invest in your longevity and growth. Get to “moving”; make new friends and be purposeful in developing the relationships important to you – and perhaps shed the ones that hinder your mutual progress.

The 2016 Human Trafficking Awareness Barre-a-thon is racing near and here is how you can unleash your freedom and get involved!
Freedom 24/7 Challenge
1. Pick up 24 cards at the studio to share with your community; and engage by talking to 7 people about the Barre-a-thon.
and/or
2. Challenge Yourself! Commit to showing up 24 times in the next 7 weeks (some of you are already on it!) as a way of celebrating your health and freedom, because you can! This will also stimulate awareness and increase funds that will go toward ending trafficking.
